Iwan is a Community Engagement Specialist at Daemeter Consulting, with more than 15 years experiences in the forestry sector. He has led and/or contributed to social assessments in rural communities working in and affected by forestry and agriculture activities across Indonesia.

Iwan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Forest Product Technology from the Forestry Faculty of Bogor Agricultural University (IPB). He began his career in a Bogor-based forest consulting firm preparing management plans and Environmental Impact Assessment, particularly socio-economic and cultural aspects, for forestry companies.

Iwan is an RSPO-approved High Conservation Value (HCV) assessor.
