HR Officer
Daemeter seeks a self-motivated, dynamic, highly organised individual to join our multi-national team during an exciting period of growth. We seek to hire an experienced HR Officer to aassists with the day-to-day tasks of the human resources department and supports a wide range of HR activities.
Job Purpose
- General administrative duties related to HR.
- Assist recruitment and hiring Employee and Consultant.
- Maintaining employee and consultant database management.
- Assist in Employee payroll and benefits (collect timesheet).
- Assist in Consultant services payment (services and timesheet compliance)
- Assist with Tax calculation for consultant.
- Act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
- Assist in creating policies, processes and documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment process for employee and consultant.
- Assist with the provision of employee wellness programs and other HR services
- Maintain and process accurate and complete up to date HR data, files and records
- Provide clerical and administrative support related to HR
- Assist with employee requests related with employment.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Assist with employee contract and reminder when necessary.
- Assist with consultant agreement and working order, when necessary
- Assist with employee annual tax report, when necessary
- Assist with consultant tax calculation
Working Condition
This post is office based in Daemeter’s Head Office, relatively routine in terms of day-to-day tasks during office hours – however sometimes e.g., during field trips or when a workshop is being organized the next day, some flexibility in working hours may be required.
Job Specification
Qualification & Experience
- A proven track recording of executing Administration HR-related tasks.
- High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy experience managing complex datasets with up-to-date knowledge on tools and applications.
- Highly motivated with strong career interest.
- Can communicate in English.
- Have good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver high quality output.
- Have the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision; but also a great collaborator who able to work independently.
Knowledge
- Have a general knowledge & understanding of various employment laws and practices.
- Have a general knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
- Fluency with MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and relevant HR software.
- Proficient of tax PPh 21 & PPh 26.
- Proficient of administrative and clerical procedures such as word processing, manage files, etc.
Preferred
- Finance or Accounting education or experience background.
- Experience working on PPh 21 & PPh 26 tax calculations.
