Daemeter is currently seeking highly motivated and qualified Indonesian nationals to join our multinational team during an exciting and challenging period of growth. We seek to hire independent, proactive and experienced Project Managers and Consultants who share our passion of combining global standards of consulting and research with a strongly principled desire to make a positive difference.

General qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience, preferably as a part of a reputable firm.
• Excellent university degree; ideally with post-graduate degree in natural resources or sustainability related discipline (including social, economic, environmental and policy aspects).
• Preferably with industry experience in either agriculture (particularly oil palm),forestry, mining or other relevant natural resource management sectors or supply chains.
• Significant experience with environmental, development, social and sustainability issues.
• Strong evidence of ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, with proven ability to build common ground among diverse interest groups.
• Excellent Indonesian and English, written and oral language capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical and structured report writing expertise.
• Flexibility to work under a range of conditions, including remotely and in the field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Driven to deliver outputs of highest quality and on schedule.

Qualifications specific to Project Manager role:

• Minimum 3 years project leadership experience in a consulting team context, with a strong track record of successful management and delivery.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex project plans, encompassing resource allocation, budget monitoring, progress reporting and delivery of outputs to schedule.
• Ability to work independently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and proven expertise in engaging and maintaining effective client relationships.
