The review of the implications of a Constitutional Court Ruling no. 45/2011 on Forest Lands, on green growth, forests, investment security and land tenure, was commissioned by the UK Climate Change Unit and AusAID. The policy brief, written in collaboration with Makarim & Taira S. Law Firm and Tropenbos International, aims to reduce confusion pertaining to the decision and identify how the likelihood of negative outcomes can be minimized.

Recommendations provided in this brief are aligned towards identifying actions and key actors that can play a role in ensuring outcomes are to the greatest overall benefit vis-à-vis the national government’s Green Growth agenda.
