Daemeter led a group of partners to develop concepts and products in preparation for a series of events linked to Reiselivsmessen 2014, Norway's biggest tourism and travel exhibition.

Daemeter, as part of a project initially commissioned by Indonesia's Embassy for Norway in Oslo, is leading a group of partners including INFIS, Borneo Chic, Perkumpulan Indonesia Berseru, and IBCSD, to develop concepts and products in preparation for a series of events linked to Reiselivsmessen 2014, Norway's biggest tourism and travel exhibition, on 10-12 January 2014. These include developing multimedia catalogues, featuring videos, photos and texts, and the platform www.greenindonesia.org as a home to these expanding database of nature-based tourism destinations in Indonesia and forest-based industries, including food and creative industries.

The digital catalogues, along with samples of products like coffee, cinnamon, and bags weaved by Dayak communities, were displayed in a well-designed booth that gave visitors a taste of Indonesia's beautiful forests. The Embassy and Daemeter also organised a gathering with potential investors and other stakeholders to further promote forest-based opportunities in Indonesia. The events also received support from PT Antam, Sustainable Managemet Group, Samdhana Institute, UKP4, and Kompas TV.
